If you bought DJI Care Refresh via DJIStoreDanmark.dk, you’ll receive a physical activation card. Use the included code to activate your protection via:

Activation must be completed within 48 hours of activating your product.
If your product is damaged, you can start a repair case directly through DJI’s official repair system:

Yes – if your Care plan is still active, you can purchase a 1-Year Renewal Plan within 15 days after the original plan ends. You can extend coverage up to 3 years total. Renewal is not available for the 2-Year plan.
It includes replacement service for:

Signal interference damage (drones)
Parts like the gimbal, camera, arms, and internal electronics are covered. Lost or stolen devices are not covered.
