This privacy policy describes how DJI Store Nordic A/S processes your personal data when you visit or shop at djistoredanmark.dk, or visit our physical store.

is the data controller for the processing of your personal data and ensures that your personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act.

3. Who We Share Your Data With

We disclose or give access to your personal data to the following categories of recipients, to the extent necessary to provide our services:

  • Our e-commerce platform, Shopify Inc./Shopify International Ltd., as data processor for the operation of the Webshop.
  • Payment provider(s) Stripe, Mobilepay and Klarna in connection with completing your payment.
  • Carrier (GLS) in connection with delivering your order.
  • Google Analytics, Meta/Google Ads, Klaviyo.
  • Our IT suppliers and advisers (e.g. accounting/auditing), under an appropriate data processing agreement.
  • Public authorities, where we are legally required to do so.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Transfers to Countries Outside the EU/EEA

Some of the above suppliers (e.g. Shopify and certain marketing tools) may transfer data to countries outside the EU/EEA, including the USA. Such transfers should be based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another valid transfer mechanism, cf. GDPR Chapter.

5. Retention

  • Order and customer data: up to 5 years after the end of the financial year to which the data relates, cf. the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
  • Data relating to complaints: up to 24 months after delivery of the item, or longer in the case of an ongoing case.
  • Marketing data (newsletter): until you unsubscribe.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of your personal data:

  • The right of access to the data we process about you.
  • The right to rectification of inaccurate data.
  • The right to erasure in certain circumstances.
  • The right to restriction of processing in certain circumstances.
  • The right to object to our processing, including for direct marketing.
  • The right to data portability in certain circumstances.
  • The right to withdraw any consent you have given at any time.

You can exercise your rights by contacting us at kontakt@djistoredanmark.dk. We will respond as soon as possible and no later than within 1 month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, www.datatilsynet.dk, if you are dissatisfied with our processing of your personal data.

7. Security

We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
