Shipping policy

Delivery Terms

We only ship within Denmark, and all deliveries are free of charge.

Delivery Methods

We offer the following delivery options via GLS:

  1. GLS Delivery to a GLS Parcel Shop

    • Your order will be sent to the GLS parcel shop you select at checkout.
    • You will receive a notification when your package is ready for pickup.

  2. GLS Delivery to a Business Address

    • Your order will be delivered directly to a business address provided at checkout.

In-Store Pickup

If the item is available in-store, you can also choose to order online and pick up your order at:
DJI Store København, Amagertorv 20, 1160 København K

Delivery Time

  • We offer 1-3 days delivery on all orders.
  • We aim to ship all orders placed before 12:00 AM on the same day.
  • You will receive a tracking link to follow your package once it has been shipped.
