Trading conditions at DJI STORE NORDIC A/S

Ordering goods at djistoredanmark.dk 

DJI Store Nordic A/S reserves the right for missing deliveries, out-of-stock items, spelling and printing errors, and any price and tax changes until order confirmation is submitted. 

To shop with us, you must be in possession of a valid payment card that we accept. 

After completing an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via email, which also contains links to information about the right to return and complain. 

When we ship the item, we send a delivery confirmation. When you receive your order confirmation, your purchase is binding. 

Payment 

At DJI STORE NORDIC A/S, all prices are stated incl. VAT and Danish taxes. The prices on the website are daily prices, and we reserve the right to change the prices from day to day without prior consent. 

DJI STORE NORDIC A/S accepts payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, and Apple Pay. 

The payment will only be debited from your account when the item(s) are dispatched. Reservations are made for price errors and sold-out/discontinued items. 

Delivery 

We strive to deliver orders throughout Denmark within 1-3 business days after your order has been placed on djistorenordic.com. 

As a service, we provide free shipping, so you don't have to worry about that. 

When your package has left the warehouse, you will receive an email with your invoice and notification that your package has been dispatched. You will also be sent a track & trace number so you can follow your package all the way to delivery. You will also receive an SMS when your package is ready for collection at the selected collection point. 

DJI Store Nordic A/S is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, transport conditions, or anything else that is beyond DJI Store Nordic A/S's influence. 

NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If you experience problems with this, please contact us at kontakt@djistoredanmark.dk. 

Special delivery conditions apply to certain goods. The conditions will appear specifically in relation to the purchase of these goods. 

Right of complaint 

There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can get the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned, or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error. DJI STORE NORDIC A/S will cover return costs to a reasonable extent. 

As soon as your product is activated, the period of the 2-year right of complaint starts. 

In case of complaints, please contact kontakt@djistoredanmark.dk, after which we will agree on how the return should take place. 

Right of withdrawal 

There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased in our webshop. 

The period is counted from the day: 

  • Where you receive the order. 

  • You take physical possession of the last item in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order but delivered individually or in several batches. 

  • You get the last lot, or last part in physical possession when it comes to an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several lots/parts. 

Return costs are at your own cost and responsibility. 

Condition of the item upon return 

If you regret your purchase, the item must be returned in substantially the same condition as when received, and it must be returned in the original packaging. If these conditions are not met, we will assess whether the item has lost value. If this is the case, the depreciation will be deducted from the refund amount. 

How to return 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return: 

  • Initiate a return: Visit our return portal and fill in your personal information and order number. 

  • Shipping the Return: Returns are at your own cost. You are required to use the provided courier, with a return shipping cost of DKK 63.50 incl. VAT, as described in the return instructions. 

Important: If you do not print the return form via the portal, you must include a note inside the package with your order number and name, or your return cannot be processed. 

Cancellations must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and you must return the shipment no later than 30 days after the cancellation. The notice must be given by mail at kontakt@djistoredanmark.dk. Remember to clarify which order and which product you want to use the right of cancellation for. 

In the message, you must make it clear that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. If you want to send the item back to us, you must create a return slip and send the item to:

You cannot regret it by simply refusing to receive the item without giving a clear notice of this at the same time. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like DJI Care insurance cards (only non-activated cards can be returned). If a DJI Care card is activated, the service is running, and the return is not applicable. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. 

Refund 

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid us back. 

In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. 

When using the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you will be refunded, excluding delivery costs (except for extra costs as a result of choosing a different form of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer). 

Refunds are made within 14 days from the date on which we have received and inspected the returned product. 

Refunds are made with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed to something else.
